1940's-50's Swiss Dot Sailor

BEAUTIFUL 1940's-50's sailor inpsired dress. the fabric feels like a cotton, with raised swiss dots. navy grossgrain ribbon makes the cutest bow at the neck, right below the peter pan collar. great ruffled skirt. hourglass shape. the zipper may have been replaced because it is not metal, which is abnormal for the time period i believe the dress is from.
