this cast iron coat hanger is painted a gorgeous shade of pale sage and ever so lightly hand sanded to reveal under coatings of off white and forest green. it measures approximately 13" x 1.75" x 6.5" (36cm x 4cm x 17cm) and can easily be hung with just two screws. great for any cozy cottage, or nature loving home!
a little note about my cast iron pieces...
i find these at salvage or antique shops, generally all rusty and unloved. i take them home, sand off the crud, give 'em a fresh coat of paint, distress them a tad, and finish off with a polyurethane coating. they deserve a second chance... won't you be the one to give it to them?
