What's included with your purchase:

-A 5"x7" folded card
-Two labels on the front edge as pictured. Text and colors on these can be customized any way you like! Use the recipient's initials, their school colors, the year they graduated - it's up to you!
-Two chart panels on the inside of the card. Text on these can be customized with your recipient's information and your message, or the lined space can be left blank so you can fill it in yourself by hand (be sure to use your messiest penmanship to make it realistic!)
-Envelope enclosure with photo of scrubs for cash, check, or gift certificate. Standard sizing perfectly fits a dollar bill, but dimensions can be adjusted at no extra cost.
-Ivory square-flap A7 envelope
