I hand blocked Panama straw on an vintage hat block. The shape is a classic cloche. It is a light blue, and if you get real close you can see with shades of periwinkle and light robins egg blue.
The hat band is ivory lace trim that has been hand stitched over light grey grosgrain ribbon. An ivory ribbon bow sits off center front.
The brim edge is wired. Inside this cloche hat is a silk lining and a grosgrain head size ribbon in 21 1/2 inches, which fits small heads.
