This pattern comes with step by step instructions and plenty of pictures. The pattern pieces are computer drafted for exact fit. You will recieve pattern pieces for child sizes 13, 1, 2, 3 and 4. Size 4 is approximately women's size 6. Size 3 is approximately women's size 5.
