Besides it's neat color it also has a fun, modern shape. It features a chrome adjustable neck, a pivoting metal head, a plastic base and two brightness settings.
It does show vintage wear, including some minor scratches, tarnishing on the metal neck and a few small chips in the shade. There is also a spot of surface rust inside the shade (see image). Finally, there are some white paint spatters evident on the base and a paint spill evident on the bottom back. I'm sure this can probably be cleaned off with some sort of paint remover.
Despite it's flaws, this useful and fun vintage find would make a great addition to any home or office.
