This is an altered secondhand vintage skirt. I shortened it to a very cute overall 20" in length. The tag says Howard Geist and a size 10. But the waist measures about 28". There were a few pin hole size red spots in the back that didn’t wash out so I covered them with a vintage lace doily. There are working buttons up both sides. Yoke waist and gathers gives a super sweet fit.
Because of the hand stitching and doily detail I recommend gentle cycle or hand wash cold. Air dry.
