these originally designed textile succulents have been hand stitched (with needle and thread) in cotton and wool
for the pale blue succulent, i've used a soft blue/gray wool, along with a lovely cotton print, to capture the beautiful variegated color and texture of succulent plants. for the green succulent, i've used a soft green flannel cotton, along with a golden yellow vintage upcycled cotton for the bloom
both succulents have been hand stitched around a wire frame and filled with wool stuffing. each succulent was then carefully stitched onto a needle felted wool base, along with moss, and tucked securely into the little vintage yellow bybee pottery mug
this piece measures just over 4.5" across the widest point, by just over 5.5" tall
