Hats are entirely hand-stitched and shaped. The finish is burnished and antiqued. I tend to do hats in brown, but I can do just about any color you like.
Crown height can be up to 8 inches and brim width can be up to 4 inches. You may have either a flat, stitched brim, or a pencil curled brim. Brims will be shaped to your specs.
You can have a bell crown, cylindrical "stove-pipe" style, or something in between.
Included in the basic cost is a leather band fastened in a manner of your choosing.
For an additional $50, I will attach a carbide lamp or make a porthole and light set up as pictured.
Please provide your head circumference in inches.
It will take about 4 to 6 weeks or less to complete. It might take a little longer if you have more custom requests.
