Sizing is a snap because of the adjustable waistband and the free-flowing design. Size recommendations are primarily based on HEIGHT, not on those pesky waist and hip measurements! All I need to know is your HEIGHT! More specific garment measurements are noted below.
I would recommend that, if you are going to machine wash and dry the skirt, please pre-wash the fabrics before you send them to me! This is done to avoid post construction shrinkage or ‘running’ of colors. I'll supply thread and elastic, which combines with the decorative drawstring, to make your waistband very, very comfortable. Garment constructed with love and care; and voila! You're a designer!
Here are the measurements you need to know, so you can tell me which size to make you:
MY 4'11" to 5'1" SIZE (other pertinent measurements):
Waistband adjusts to 42”.
Circumference at hip is approximately 62”.
Spin of this flowing, twirling skirt is approximately 150”, making for a beautiful appearance and a free-flowing feel.
Length from waistband to bottom (at longest point) is 33”.
MY 5'2" to 5'4" SIZE (other pertinent measurements):
Waistband adjusts to 44”.
Circumference at hip is approximately 70”.
Spin of this flowing, twirling skirt is approximately 170”, making for a beautiful appearance and a free-flowing feel.
Length from waistband to bottom (at longest point) is 35”.
My 5’5" to 5’7” SIZE (other pertinent measurements):
Waistband adjusts to 46”.
Circumference at hip is approximately 78”.
