Made from 100% cotton and fully lined with black acetate. The red and white house of card motifs are individually made and hand appliqued on. Front and back double bows are attatched to pins so you can remove them for washing. Full gathered skirt allows you to wear a poofy crinoline underskirt (sorry, not included but you can convo me if you need one).
