Composed of a heavily encrusted neckline of huge lemon-honey smooth-polished quartz nuggets, large smooth-polished pink amethyst rondelles, large, smooth-polished aquamarine rondelles, faceted peacock-green mystic amethyst rondelles, faceted labradorite spiral twist briolettes, faceted labradorite rondelles, faceted aquamarine rondelles and faceted pale green amethyst rondelles (prasiolite) - each poised on a hand forged fine silver flat (hammered) headpin.
This is an ingredient list of gemstones that is so out-of-this-world amazing it has the "Oh my God!" factor executed perfectly.
This lush section of gems features two large sterling silver links on each end, from which a an elegant, yet slightly disheveled vintage satin ribbon is tied. The ribbon is hand frayed and the truest color I have ever encountered that resembles the mysterious hue of labradorite. It's a "sort of" gray-brown-bit'of violet...a color you can't quite label other than "labradorite" - and was the inspiration for the entire color scheme I have created.
The silk/satin ribbon is long enough to slip easily right over the head - no need for a clasp and can always be removed and replaced with ribbon of your own choosing.
