I created this blend specifically for motion sickness, but it may also help with any form of nausea, including morning sickness or nervousness. My HEADACHE inhaler can also be used for nausea.
*Note -- the label in the photo may say Peppermint, but I am now making this inhaler with Spearmint instead. I find it's more effective.
