A strand of creamy ivory Swarovski Crystal Pearls are hand linked with sterling silver wire from which suspends a vintage, rose cut, crystal clear rhinestone pendant in a lace edge setting. This necklace is beaded all the way around, closing in the back with a sterling silver spring ring clasp. The overall length is approx. 18.5 with the pendant, which is set in a silverplated setting, suspending about 1" from the necklace.
✩✩A note about Swarovski crystal pearls: In my opinion, these are the next best thing to cultured pearls. Each is comprised of a crystal core on which pearlized layers are carefully applied. The result is a bead that has the luminosity, weight, and feel of a real pearl.✩✩
IMPORTANT:
Much of my jewelry contains vintage components which I love to use for many reasons, namely: I like to reuse materials whenever possible, they're often better made than their contemporary counterparts, and they're charming and unusual.
However, due to their age, they may have very slight scratches or discoloration, oxidation to the metals, etc. I always try and choose "the best" of my lot to not include anything that I personally wouldn't want to wear, vintage or not.
