This great vintage 1980's party dress is in a rich, deep jewel toned sapphire or cobalt blue with a stretch knit bodice and sleeves in an all over tiny sheered or puckered gather effect with a three tiered taffeta ruffled skirt. The hip line is set slightly asymmetrical and one side of the hip is finished with a huge bow decorated with a clear rhinestone jewel detail. This is so pretty. The back is cut low and the long sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and padded, but not a large pad. This will hit at or just above the knee. This dress has a tag that has NIGHT WAY and Made in the USA. No fabric content label or size. It is safe to say this is a synthetic nylon or polyester knit fabric with a soft nylon or acetate taffeta skirt.
Excellent condition. There is a faint dark stain on the bow and one other in the folds of the skirt. Both are not noticeable as they do get hidden in the fabric. Though there are of course no odors and it looks and smells very clean, you may wish to dry clean to freshen and really puff out those ruffles prior to your big event.
***Please note, the dress is slightly darker than my camera would capture. It appears a little brighter here than it actually is but it is a gorgeous true deep sapphire blue.

Sleeve length, actual from shoulder seam to wrist - 23 inches (58.42 cm)
