This dress is finished with raw edges. The belt is not included.
You can wear it as a dress or as a tunic with tight or skinny jeans.

Please note that the dress has a bit better look implemented in a medium and medium/light weight textile. I can implement the dress in a light weight textile as well but such a material is "unforgiving". Please check my mustard dress which is the same dress implemented in a light weight fabric.
