I believe this case to be made by Monarch, although there are no brand markings. The date is also a guess...1950's +.
This blue vintage case is in excellent condition. There are no function issues, rips, or stains. The interior is also in excellent condition. The mirror is intact and unbroken (a chip on the corner, though). There is one handle on the top, two front locks (sorry, no key), and four bellstud metal feet.
The case measures 14 inches wide x 8 3/4 inches tall x 11 inches deep.
