Scan Grandma's, Mom's, or any loved one's handwritten recipe and send it to me as a hi-res .jpg file. I'll transfer it to a 10" white porcelain square platter and fire in the design to create a permanent, sepia-toned image that is food, oven, and microwave safe. (Please handwash gently to preserve this heirloom-quality platter for generations to come.)
I will transfer your design as is--that means that if you send it to me on an index card, the lines will transfer as well. This can be a cool look, as the notations in the margins, cross-outs, and splotches on the paper all add to the charm of the finished product. However, if you want the lines taken out and the recipe cleaned up in Photoshop, there will be an extra charge.
