I can create this dress in any size from a viscose or cotton lycra textile. The dress on the pictures is made in Persimmon Orange (Sold Out).

Hips: Circle with tape against the fullest point of hips
Upper Hips: Circle with tape against the upper hip, about 1 inch below navel
Upper Arm (Biceps): Circle the biceps, the upper arm
