Yeah! A felted animal bag for the knitters!!
I've been designing crochet animal bags for awhile because crochet is what I love to do but the knitters have begged for long enough! I got my old needles out and have started redesigning my most popular animals into knit patterns. I'll be adding more as a get them done.
Felted Knit Frog Bag!
for intermediate knitters with basic hand sewing skills
yarn: worsted weight feltable wool (cascade 220)
needles: size 13 dpns and circular, straights optional
notions: buttons for eyes, tapestry needle, strong thread
I think you will have a lot of fun knitting this bag and turning it into a frog, but the fun really comes when you start carrying the bag in public! Maybe even more fun to give it to someone who loves frogs!
