The hat is fully lined with a blue cotton and features burgundy ribbons for tying. The ribbons can be converted to a velcro closure, if desired - just leave me a note in the "message to seller" box.
The hat is handmade in my New York City home.

All fabrics have been pre-washed and pre-shrunk. This hat, like all my hats, is machine washable on the gentle setting.
The top of the hat features a tiny fabric-covered button. Please use common sense when allowing your child to handle his or her hat.
