It is the 58TK model, made by Crosley. The outside is made of chocolate brown bakelite. It has two knobs: one for tuning and the other for volume.
This radio is in excellent condition. The outside is without cracks or stains, but has a few minor scratches on the bakelite. All pieces are intact. I plugged it in, and the radio turns on, but I couldn't find a station that worked... maybe you will have better luck.
