I loved making this panel! Growing up in Scotland I would love to see the poppies growing around the edges of the wheat fields. I tried to capture that in this panel.

Almost all of the 160+ pieces of glass have been painted and fired to add detail and depth to the design.It was made with copperfoil, has a rich, dark patina and has been polished till it gleams.

Made with Wissmach, Armstrong and Spectrum glass.The panel measures 21 1/4 by 16 1/2 and is framed in unfinished oak. It is hung with a heavy duty chain on each side, so that in the unlikely event that one of them fails, the panel will still be supported.
