This item is done from scratch by an "Otaku head" in a small personal studio in Seattle. They are NOT mass produced in
factories or sweashops, nor are they distributed to any wholesalers or retailers. They're only available through my store animescreen.com (where official and custom items are run by myself),
local anime/gaming cons and ebay.
Pricing of my tshirts are a reflection of the amount of time it takes to finish and/or
additional processes that may be involved.

Please note that when corresponding via email, messages may end up in junk/spam folder so please check that as well. Leaving a phone number in your email message with your concern or question will solve the communication problem if my reply does not reach you. (phone call will be used as a last resort if messages don't get through for some reason or another).
I'm a workaholic who seldomly gets assistance from a few that may lend a hand, so sometimes it may take a bit longer to receive. Usual timeframe of the item being dispatched is approximately 3-12 days of purchase, but may be sooner or later depending on current workload at hand.
Production is done in my small art studio and not in a large factory with automated equipment or sweatshop team overseas. Design was uniquely done from scratch, and the amount of time spent on producing/designing (as a whole) far outweighs the profit that is gained. Major reason in starting them were due to personal reasons in which I received several custom anime tees purchased on here that had the design fade away after few washes (Spike Spiegal's whole body has vanished). Funds will be used to purchase official items from licensed dealers (for resell at my personal shop animescreen.com), or used to fuel own personal collection (not for resell). You can always email me regarding the tracking of your item.
Exchanges
If the item does not fit right, you can exchange it for a different Size. Shipping will be paid by you in returning the item and I will pay shipping when sending the new item back to you. (I will cover postage if the item in question is my fault to begin with) Exchanges applies to USA only as international rates are to high for this. However, if it is due to my mistake it will be covered. Normally, other sellers won't make any exchanges when you receive an item that doesn't fit right as this is an online shop and not a store at the mall. And even if their policy did allow exchanges, chances are the buyer pays shipping for both ways. But I realize how frustrating it is to purchase something online where you can't see or try on the actual item, so go ahead and send the item on over.
(For Dye Sublimation shirts only)
These types of shirts cannot be exchanged for a different size, mainly because the designs are changing and are limited in stock. So it is important to see the approximate size chart listed on the ad before you make the purchase.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the actual exchange to occur.
Returns
All sales are final when purchasing the item on here and will not be granted a full refund. However, under the following circumstances, a full refund will be issued along with any shipping fees that were paid for (Applies to USA only).
I offer ful refund to international bidders if it applies to #2 only.
International Insurance is available only if item(s) total cost meets or exceeds the minimum amount the post office requires, which
changes from time to time.)
1). Item was damaged during the actual shipping
(Insurance claim will be filed to the postal office and then issue a full refund)
2). Wrong item(s) were sent. (Shipping will be paid both ways by me and I will send out the correct item or issue a full refund)
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the actual refund to be processed and finalized.
