2. click 'contact' and paste the form in a new etsy convo.
3. select your choices & delete the ones you don't want.
4. click 'send' & you'll receive a response within 1 week.
**do not place in cart or purchase until you receive an order confirmation.**
because we take just a limited number of custom orders each month, we're not always able to fill each request we receive. either way, we will email you within 1 week of your request to let you know if we're able to take your order.
once your order has been confirmed, we'll create a custom order listing just especially for you and you'll be able to purchase your cake topper then. yay!

* every little detail on it will be handcrafted with great love & care.
* it's very lightweight & stands about 7" tall & about 5" wide.
* it's been triple-sealed for protection and will wipe clean after use.
* it takes about 3 months time for us to complete a custom order.
* sometimes we're able to squeeze in a rush order or two - please inquire.
* any changes to your order must be made within one week of purchase.
* we offer a 100% refund on orders canceled within 1 week of purchase.
* no refunds will be given beyond one week of purchase.
* your order will ship to your paypal address - please be sure it's correct.
* if you live in the US, your topper will ship US Priority Mail.
* if you live outside the US, your topper will ship 1st Class International.
* items shipped via 1st Class International cannot be tracked.
* faster shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
* shipping insurance is also available for an additional charge.
* we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, transit, or customs.
* we are not responsible for any shipping damages caused while in transit.
