It has a little black zipper in the front, a collar, bell sleeves, and it has an intented exposure of the belly button for when you wear it. Tag says: Morgan Sport, Made in USA size Small.

length from shoulder to end of shirt: 25.5 in.
bust: 15.5 in. (mulitply x2 - keep in mind it is polyester and stretches, I recommend 30-35in bust)
Waist: 13 in.
belly button exposure slip length: 9 in.
sleeve length: 24.5 in.
bell sleeve width: 6.5 in.
Condition:
It is in great condition other than a small snag on the front material, but it is not too noticable. I took a photo of it.
