Comes printed on felt and uncut. If you would like to purchase it pre-cut there will be an additional charge of $2.00. Let me know if you would like it cut before you pay so I can send an adjusted invoice with the correct amount. Otherwise, the second invoice will be $2.50 for the cut fee to cover the extra invoice.
