This listing is for a tan/brown colored Royal DeLuxe portable typewriter, its original case, and papers. It is not as common to see this color of Royal DeLuxe typewriter. Typically I see them in the gray or black color.
This typewriter's keys are all working. None of the keys stick and I do not see any mechanical problems with this typewriter. It is in good vintage condition with all the keys still intact. The only blemish I see (please see photo) is in the finish on the front corner where the finish is worn off. The case has seen better days and is in used condition. It doesn't have much of the leather binding on the edges, but the case is still holding together just fine. The typewriter still locks into the case and can be carried in the case wonderfully.
The original papers are still inside the case. There is one repair tag on the case that is quite old. I left it on there because I think it adds character to the typewriter. This is a fun typewriter and is a great decorator or conversation piece as well as functional.
Please note: I will be listing a box of vintage typing paper. It has great graphics on the box and would look wonderfully next to this typewriter.
