There are 2 layers of gathered muslin.
It reminds me of some kind of sea life.
The fabric has been sewn over to keep the gathering in place and the layers have been stitched together in various places to allow some movement and flow between the layers.
A cream vintage button and loop is used to secure the cuff.
Measures 8 inches- will fit my wrist with some room which measures 6.3 inches.
'Tail' part drapes 10.5 inches.
