How could you not love this ruffled and flirty Hawaiian dress, or Mu'uMu'u? A deep gathered ruffled flounce with smaller ruffled gathers forms the bottom of the dress and the top is adorned with shoulder ruffles that are elasticized for off the shoulder wear if you like. The sleeves are puffed and the print is one of the most lovely of large pareo hibiscus prints I have seen, especially with this unusual color way. The ground is the darkest of midnight blues, nearly black, and the floral print is a terra-cotta pink. This is almost a mermaid style Holomu and a little dressier. This dress dates to the late 1980s.
This is probably a Junior size dress and is labeled a 12 on the tag and 100% cotton by Strawberry Guava, Made in Hawaii in the USA. It could also fit a very petite woman.
This dress is in mint condition, never worn or laundered.

Chest circumference - 35 inches (88.90 cm)
Hip - 40 inches (101.60 cm)
Length from shoulder to hem - 44 inches (111.76 cm)
