Original was done in charcoal with white conte highlights. I have studied birds of prey for years and ravens have my greatest attention. The studies I have done have been in the professional field of National Park interpretation, and of my own curiosities and interests. This particular piece is a study in preparation for a large back piece that I hope to get started this summer. There is some reference to that written on this print and I can have that removed.
