This is a very unique white ceramic hippopotamus wearing eyeglasses. May have been an optometrist office promo, but I don't know. Not sure why anyone would decide to cast a hippo with glasses otherwise! I love this thing and think it's a quirky addition to anyone's home.

Hippo is completely white and glazed. A couple of tiny ares where the glasses have been attached are bare ceramic. They glasses themselves are ceramic as well, but independently cast and glued. There is also a small nick on right side of glasses again showing bare ceramic. Noticeable up close but still a minor defect. Otherwise, item is in great condition. See pictures for detail.
