This is not just a lavender bag, it's The Big Lavender Bag! It's a slightly smaller, more affordable, version of my Really Big Lavender Bag. It is made from all recycled materials and contains half pure, fragrant lavender flowers from France and half organic buckwheat hulls. Lavender is reputed to be a sleep aid, so this is meant to go on your bed, among your pillows to help you sleep at night. "Bonne nuit" is French for good night.
This Big Lavender bag measures around 7 x 5 inches or 18 x 13 cm. It weighs approximately 85 grams.
As I am a big fan of recycling, all the fabric and the lace you see here is recycled from vintage cotton. The embroidery is done freehand with a regular sewing machine.
This will come to you wrapped in a repurposed cloth bag. The fabric I use for making my packaging is recycled, so they're changing all the time, however do look at the last photo to get an idea of how I wrap my items. It's all ready for gift-giving!
