This adorable rag quilt is the perfect size for baby to use everyday as a comfort or security blanket. A little lovey that is a unique gift for a new baby; it can be used as a changing pad also.
This quilt measures 20.5 x 17 inches(52 x 43 centimeters). I used three fabrics for this quilt, a beige cotton for the back, a green cotton for the front and a cute skull patterned imported Japanese Kawaii cotton. Inside each square is a piece of fluffy batting.
I machine stitched an "X" on each piece and double stitched the sides for durability.
The finished quilt has been pre-washed with All Free and Clear detergent on gentle cycle and dried on medium heat.
