This book is a must for your next barbecue! It has more than 300 recipes and a section on barbecuing techniques. It has recipes and instructional information for cooking various types of meat as well as sauces and side dishes.
This copy is a sixth printing from October 1974 of the 1967 abridged version. It has some wear, particularly on the spine and corners. It also has some light creases on the corners of the back cover. These issues do not affect the usability of the book. Overall, it's in pretty decent shape considering its age.
