The backing of this happy Quilt is a green and blue paisley from the same fabric line by Sandy Henderson. Machine quilted in a khaki colored thread, the body of the Quilt has a flower meander, and the light border features playful feather plumes. For definition of the quilting as well as light weight and easy care life, I used a Hobbs Soft Loft Polyester batting.
A red fabric found in the body of the Quilt completes this work with a machine stitched binding.
This Quilt was machine washed on warm cycle to remove the pencil marking for the feather spine and then line dried.
