Cup and saucer bird feeders are also great for small potted plants or even a tea light candle to add a little fairy light, just fill the bottom of the teacup with sand and place the tea light in it.
PVC fitting is permanently attached to bottom of saucer with industrial strength glue that will withstand the elements and sits upon a 36 inch PVC stake.
