I gathered together dozens of rose pink buttons -- both vintage and new -- to create this letter 'E', then stitched each one into place by hand with a strong embroidery floss. The fabric behind the buttons is a decorator cotton in pink, green and white plaid. The same fabric was used for the piping trim. A white upholstery fabric covers the back with a sweet pink button at the closure. The cover is made to fit a 12"x16" insert which is included in the price.
