Delicious silky satin in a rich dark navy blue. Vintage 30s formal length dress with unique sleeves and intricate seaming. Soft draped cowl neckline. Long set in sleeves are full at the upper arm, folded and seamed at inside elbows and tight at forearms and come to a point at the wrist. Fishtail type flounce on hem with wrap in front. Dress is made from a lovely satin: I think it's rayon, possibly a silk rayon blend. Unlined. Closes with metal hooks and eyes at side and on sleeves. No tags.

For reference our model is 5'6" tall, 34" bust, 25"waist, 35" hips. NOTE: side opening is quite small, so you have to be able to shimmy this over your shoulders, so keep this in mind.

Condiiton:
Good wearable and authentic 1930s gown. Fabric is strong with no shattering. Has faint brownish water stains all around the bottom that go up about 6 inches; maybe our 30s Glamour Puss went splashing through a fountain? . Both sleeves have small holes where all the fabric is sewn together at the elbow. We have not cleaned this dress. Bargain priced.
