The Honeycomb

The honeycomb was created by me having some fun twisting around pattern pieces and construction, to achieve this quirky shape. Although the construction is unconventional, all the lines and angles form a practical everyday handbag. I have incorporated the Minus signature construction technique of developing the shoulder strap from the bag itself, which reinforces the whole structure.
It offers ample room to accomodate all your belongings for a day out shopping or a day at the office. When you prefer a smaller purse, you can fasten the sides with the snap fasteners. It is a great city bag for those craving individuality.
This bag is made from a nettle 100% ribbed cotton canvas and fully lined with a beige 100% cotton sateen. The fabric is hard wearing with a rib texture. The opening is fastened by a magnetic closure. Inside, there are two individual pockets for a cellphone/iPhone/iPod, plus a zip pocket to keep your valuables secure. And your keys can be conveniently hooked onto the trigger ring. The shoulder strap is adjustable to suit your needs.
