The best vintage floral revival dress. Cutest drop waist and ruffle skirt. And this dress is so so so comfy too! Made with a soft cotton polyester blend. Worn a bit oversized and slouchy on our extra small model, this dress can be worn up to a medium. There are tie sleeves and buttons up the front. Adorable.
