The dress has a fitted bodice with a boat neckline and our classic cinched waistband. The skirt is full and pleated to the waist flaring out to a bell shape. Trimmed in a ruby pink satin binding and decorated with a detachable ruffle at the neck. A black ribbon sash is included to tie at the waist in a bow at the back.
