Made with designer paper, frilly fabric roses, ric rac, crepe paper hand-sewn rosettes, ink, crystal glitter, and eyelets.
* Note: I will use the same paper as in the 1st & 3rd pennant, but will substitute a coordinating polka dot print for the 2nd & 3rd pennants.
The scalloped circles are glittered around the edges and the pennants were attached together with eyelets and ric-rac so they are sturdy and there is no chance of ripping.
Each pennant measures 7" wide at the top and is 8" long. It is approximately 50" in length; 30" from pennant to pennant with 10" of ric-rac on each side.
