This necklace is made of an unfinished wooden ring. It is completely "raw" birch wood from Canada or Maine, without any kind of finish, chemical or treatment.
I have hand sanded it (sand, wet, sand) so it is has a silky satin soft finish. Perfect for little (and big) hands to play with. :o)
I use a waxed cotton cord - brown or black which can be adjusted from approximately 14" to 28" long. If you would prefer a natural organic hemp cord, please note that in the Notes To Seller section when you order.
Please note that the grains vary slightly on each wooden ring.
