This large 86-inch by 60-inch stunning vintage tablecloth has the most amazing profusion of cottage garden flowers -- lady's slipper orchids, Siberian iris, columbine, lady's tears (spiderwort), buttercup, pinks (dianthus), monarda (bee balm) and more. The tablecloth appears to be slightly faded evenly overall, but I think it may have been intentionally made with muted colors, because the effect is very water-color-like. The background is creamy white, a warmer white, rather than a cool, bright snow white. The weight of the cloth is very similar to that in Wilendur tablecloths. The fiber feels like a cotton-linen blend, possibly with a small amount of rayon. The tablecloth is is wonderful condition. There is a small, light spot on one short end (too light to photograph, and less than an inch in diameter). There is also a very small spot that is not quite a hole, most likely made when someone removed a tag.
This is an absolutely gorgeous tablecloth in a hard-to-find large size. It is a large, heavy tablecloth. Since Etsy does not have a shipping calculator, shipping is quoted to the farthest US destination. In many cases, the actual shipping cost will be less, and the difference will be refunded through Paypal immediately following shipment.
