I come from a long line of quilters- my old iron bed was always covered with stacks of quilts, winter or summer, and would run my fingers over the delicate stitches to help me sleep at night. I did not grow up to become the best quilter but became expert at inheriting and finding them at auction. From my fabulous stash of hand stitched crazy quilts, I have been making these cuffs so everyone can enjoy a taste of women's history.
