I studied fine art at University and one of the girls in my class was using Emily Dickinson as the theme for her final show. I was quite fascinated as I felt it all going over my head but as I have grown older I have often gone back and revisited Emily Dickinson's work in a bid to further understand the amazing body of work this girl produced.
This is a wonderful charm necklace made with a sterling silver hallmarked chain which measures 18 inches, the little Swallow is oxidised sterling silver plate on bras, the bird cage is silver plated metal and the hope charm is handmade right here in the studio with a sterling silver plated on brass charm which measures a dinky 12mm. The necklace will arrive beautifully wrapped ready for giving or simply keeping.
