This kit includes everything you need to create a pettiskirt including my own easy to follow pattern in your choice of size, ‘miles’ of soft no-fray chiffon, elastic for a snug fit, and a satin-y material for the waistband.
Just add your sewing skills, thread, and a couple hours of your time!

Infant (6-12months): Waist 18-19 inches and Length 9 inches
Baby (12m-2T): Waist 20-21 inches and Length 12 inches
Toddler (3T-5T): Waist 22-24 inches and Length 13 inches
Little Girl (6X-8): Waist 25-28 inches and Length 14 inches
Big Girl (9-12): Waist 28-30 inches and Length 15 inches

FAQ's:
1. How do I order a custom size? When you are checking out, simply put the size you want in the 'notes to seller' section. I will need to know the waist size you desire and the length you desire.
2. How hard it it to make a pettiskirt? Three skills are needed. You must be able to 1) straight stitch 2) gather 3) and keep a mountain of chiffon fabric organized.
3. Does this pattern show how to gather and make the ruffles? Yes, I show three different techniques that you can use to make the ruffles.
4. If I want to make more than one skirt, where can I get the fabric and notions needed? Check out my other listings. I sell the fabric and if you don't want to make the ruffles on your own, I sell those too.
