It's made of a cerulean-blue colored, mid-weight linen, and is a size 4, best for the measurements:
Bust: 33-34.5"
Waist: 25-26.5"
Hip: Free fitting.
It is fully lined on the top, and has a black separating metal zipper down the front. There are two little peplum embellishments at the side of the full-circle, skirt. The neckline, is a wide square in the front, and comes up high in the back, so wearing a bra is a cinch!
The length of the skirt is slightly longer in the back. It measures from waistline to hem about 20" long in the front, and about 22" long in the back.
