They dangle from silver finish nickle free hypoallergenic hook back earring wires. As a whole from the tops of the ear wires they hang almost right at 3 1/2 inches.

As mentioned above these have been coated with an acrylic sealant that does help to protect them.
Small amounts of moisture = okay
Completely submerged = not a good idea
